Candidate Requirements

  • ✓◾ Obtain a bachelor's degree in architecture or architecture from a recognized university.
  • ✓◾ Knowledge of architectural design works, engineering consultancy, and project implementation supervision.
  • ✓◾ Ability to prepare and review architectural plans, executive details, and technical specifications.
  • ✓◾ Good knowledge of the Saudi Building Code, municipal requirements, and related engineering standards.
  • ✓◾ Proficiency in the use of engineering software, especially AutoCAD and Revit, and familiarity with building information modeling (BIM) techniques.
  • ✓◾ Ability to coordinate architectural, structural, and electromechanical plans and address technical conflicts.
  • ✓◾ Good technical reporting skills, follow-up on implementation quality, and coordination with teams.
  • ✓◾ A valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers is preferred.
  • ✓◾ Readiness for immediate initiation is a prerequisite.
