Job Description & Details
We are looking for an experienced HSE / Safety Officer to support health, safety, and environmental requirements within a hospital/healthcare project.
Key Responsibilities
Implementing the project HSE plan
Conducting risk assessments and managing permit-to-work procedures
Conducting toolbox talks and safety inductions
Performing site inspections
Conducting incident investigations
Coordinating fire-safety activities and emergency drills
Preparing and maintaining HSE statistics and reports
Candidate Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Safety / Engineering
- ✓NEBOSH IGC or OSHA 30 certification – Mandatory
- ✓3 years of experience
- ✓Experience in HSE within hospitals or healthcare facilities
- ✓Experience working in occupied clinical areas
- ✓Knowledge of
- ✓Infection-Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) for maintenance works
- ✓Hazardous / medical waste
- ✓Fire safety and emergency procedures
- ✓NFPA 101 Life Safety
- ✓CBAHI / JCI Environment of Care requirements
