HSE-Workplace Experience Officer

Conduct facility inspections, audits, and compliance assessments to verify adherence to HSE management systems and regulatory requirements. Monitor compliance with operational control procedures, permits, licenses, and statutory obligations, including contractor and service provider adherence to HSE and workplace experience requirements. Coordinate and oversee workplace experience and HSE programs, including fire safety, emergency equipment, life-safety systems, training, and periodic reviews. Lead workplace risk assessments and follow up on corrective and preventive actions. Coordinate emergency preparedness programs, drills, and business continuity activities. Investigate facility-related incidents and non-conformities, working closely with the Workplace Experience team to keep the workplace safe at all times. Maintain HSE documentation, compliance records, and audit/inspection reports, liaising with landlords, vendors, and workplace teams as needed.
