Taj Dhabi is hiring an Information Technology Engineer in Riyadh. The role provides first- and second-level IT support to project staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, operating systems, and IT equipment, and maintaining site network infrastructure (LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, switches, routers). Key responsibilities include supporting Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Teams, managing user accounts and IT service requests, maintaining IT asset inventories, coordinating with vendors, and implementing IT security measures. Work is based primarily at construction project sites in Saudi Arabia.

Candidate Requirements

  • ✓Qualifications & Experience
  • ✓Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • ✓Minimum 2 years of relevant IT experience.
  • ✓Previous experience in the construction industry or on construction projects is mandatory.
  • ✓Saudi national preferred/required, subject to the company's Saudization requirements and approved recruitment criteria.
  • ✓Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • ✓Practical experience in IT support, hardware and software troubleshooting, network administration, and end-user support.
  • ✓Working knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, DNS, DHCP, and basic network troubleshooting.
  • ✓Experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and user account administration.
  • ✓Familiarity with IT asset management, warranty tracking, ticketing systems, and IT service management procedures.
  • ✓Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, endpoint protection, access management, and IT security best practices.
  • ✓CCNA, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
  • ✓Experience supporting construction site offices, project teams, consultants, and subcontractors is highly desirable.
  • ✓Ability to work independently at project sites and coordinate effectively with Head Office IT and other departments.

  • ✓Willingness to work on construction sites and support operational requirements as needed.
