IT Onsite Support Specialist

Roche is hiring an IT Onsite Support Specialist in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The specialist will run second-level onsite IT support across PC and Mac environments, handling incident resolution and request fulfillment to ITIL standards and target SLAs. Responsibilities include physical hardware repairs, enterprise software configuration, network connectivity, server room maintenance and desktop support, as well as supporting site events, meetings and workplace technologies such as collaboration suites, web conferencing and AV equipment. The role also leads local and regional IT deployments, manages third-party vendors and service reviews, supports new-hire onboarding for IT tools, and partners with business teams on business continuity while keeping operations compliant with global IT standards. Requirements: a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent practical experience), 3 to 5 years of hands-on onsite or remote technical support experience, solid ITIL incident management knowledge with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, and a good understanding of networking (TCP/IP, wireless, Ethernet) and modern productivity systems.
