Candidate Requirements

  • ✓1️⃣ LANDSCAPING TECHNICAL MANAGER
  • ✓Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Horticulture
  • ✓7–10 years of experience, including 3+ years in a managerial or technical leadership role
  • ✓Strong experience in landscape design, irrigation, and civil works
  • ✓Ability to review technical drawings and specifications
  • ✓Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management software
  • ✓Experience with mega or government projects such as NEOM, Red Sea, or Qiddiya is preferred
  • ✓2️⃣ LANDSCAPING PROJECT MANAGER
  • ✓Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or Construction Management
  • ✓7+ years of experience with proven project management experience in landscaping or construction
  • ✓Strong knowledge of hardscaping and landscape construction methods
  • ✓Very fluent in English
  • ✓Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
  • ✓Valid driver’s license
  • ✓Experience in budgeting and cost control, planting, irrigation, and drainage is preferred
