A leading recruitment company in Qatar (The Talent Engine of Middle East – Madre) is hiring a Lifting Supervisor for Oil & Gas projects. The role covers supervising lifting and rigging operations, preparing and following lifting plans, coordinating crane operations, and ensuring all lifting activities meet PTW, JSA and HSE requirements.

Candidate Requirements

  • ✓Minimum 5 years of experience as a Lifting Supervisor, preferably in Oil & Gas projects
  • ✓Hands-on experience in lifting and rigging operations within industrial or Oil & Gas environments
  • ✓Valid Lifting Supervisor certification from a recognized authority
  • ✓Strong knowledge of lifting plans, crane operations, rigging practices, load calculations, and lifting equipment
  • ✓Good understanding of PTW, JSA, toolbox talks, and HSE requirements
  • ✓Ability to read lifting plans and coordinate complex lifting activities
  • ✓Must be available to join immediately with a valid QID
