Maintenance Engineer – Systems

We are presently hiring for the below roles for one of our leading clients, a prestigious university in Saudi Arabia. Maintenance Engineer – Systems Key Responsibilities Maintain the Niagara4-based Integrated Automation System (IKAS) and Integrated Fire Alarm Automation System (IFAS). Monitor system functionality and investigate alarms, faults, and root causes. Create and manage Niagara user accounts and monitor system user activities. Maintain software backups and restore systems when required. Coordinate with IT teams to resolve network, server, and virtual machine issues. Configure Niagara machine IP addresses and server communication ports. Support system optimization, configuration, and graphics accuracy. Develop SQL database scripts and reports based on operational requirements. Maintain servers, workstations, and JACE controllers. Prepare monthly system status reports and performance dashboards. Support system expansion projects, software upgrades, and security alerts.
