Job Description & Details

Candidzone is hiring Operation Supervisors for a plant operations project in Ras Laffan, Qatar. The role covers process operations and equipment control, including P&ID interpretation, valve operation and isolation, and plant start-up and shutdown activities. The duration is 6 months and extendable, and 4 positions are available. A free visa is provided and candidates must hold a valid QID.

Candidate Requirements

  • ✓Ability to read and interpret P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams)
  • ✓Experience in process operations and equipment control
  • ✓Knowledge of valve operation, isolation and line-up verification
  • ✓Monitoring and adjustment of pressure, flow, level and temperature
  • ✓Familiarity with pumps, piping systems, control valves and field instruments
  • ✓Experience in plant start-up and shutdown activities
  • ✓Good knowledge of PTW and HSE requirements
  • ✓Key skills: valve operation and isolation, P&ID interpretation, process monitoring and control, pressure and flow adjustment, equipment troubleshooting
  • ✓Free visa provided - valid QID required
  • ✓Duration: 6 months, extendable
