Candidate Requirements

• ✓◾ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or a related discipline.
• ✓◾ A minimum of one year of work experience in the field of procurement.
• ✓◾ Good knowledge of the procurement cycle, from purchase orders to order issuance and delivery follow-up.
• ✓◾ Ability to request and review quotes and differentiate between suppliers in terms of price, quality, and supply period.
• ✓◾ Ability to follow up on purchase orders and continuous coordination with suppliers.
• ✓◾ Good skills in negotiation, price analysis, and contributing to cost reduction.
• ✓◾ Ability to prepare procurement reports and follow up on order status and delivery.
• ✓◾ Previous experience in the hotel or hospitality sector is preferred.
• ✓◾ Proficiency in the use of computers and Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
• ✓◾ Experience in ERP systems or procurement and inventory systems is a plus.
• ✓◾ Highly skilled in communication, organization, follow-up, and accuracy.

• ✓◾ Ability to communicate with suppliers and request and follow up on quotes.
• ✓◾ Experience in following up on receiving orders and coordinating with the concerned warehouses and departments.
• ✓◾ Ability to update supplier data, items, and records related to purchases.
• ✓◾ Follow up on the status of shipments and orders and ensure delivery on time.
• ✓◾ A good knowledge of the local market and suppliers is a plus.
• ✓◾ Experience in hotel procurement, food and beverages, and operational supplies is preferred.
• ✓◾ Proficiency in the use of computers and Microsoft Office programs.
• ✓◾ Highly skilled in communication, organization, follow-up, and time management.
