CSCEC Steel Industries is hiring a QA/QC Engineer (Steel Structure) in Riyadh. The role requires at least 2-3 years of experience with main contractors or steel structure contractors in Saudi Arabia, with solid experience in steel structure fabrication and erection projects and strong knowledge of Saudi quality regulations, including the Saudi Building Code, Royal Commission standards, and Aramco, SEC, and SWCC quality requirements, as well as ISO 9001.

Candidate Requirements

  • ✓1. At least 2–3 years of experience with Main Contractors or Steel Structure Contractors in Saudi Arabia
  • ✓2. Solid experience in steel structure fabrication and erection projects
  • ✓3. Strong knowledge of Saudi quality regulations, Including
  • ✓Saudi Building Code (SBC)
  • ✓Royal Commission Standards (RC)
  • ✓ARAMCO / SEC / SWCC quality requirements
  • ✓ISO 9001 quality management system
  • ✓4. Familiar with ITPs, Method Statements, Material Submittals, NCRs, CARs, and quality documentation management
  • ✓5. Good understanding of welding inspection, coating inspection, and structural steel quality control processes
  • ✓6. Experience coordinating with consultants, clients, and third-party inspection agencies
  • ✓7. Currently based in Saudi is much preferred
  • ✓8. Strong communication and reporting skills in English
