Job Description & Details
The position objective is to oversee and ensure the quality of production processes from our field office, ensuring compliance with established quality standards and reporting on performance metrics.
Responsibilities
Conduct rigorous inspections to verify project compliance with quality standards.
Monitor production processes and prepare comprehensive quality control reports.
Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
Promptly communicate any identified non-conforming products or production issues to responsible parties.
Analyze customer feedback and provide actionable solution recommendations.
Candidate Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Architecture, etc.).
- ✓In-depth knowledge and experience with quality management systems and standards.
- ✓Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role, with a total of at least 15 years of relevant experience.
- ✓Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with exceptional feedback and communication abilities.
- ✓Proficiency in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
