Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Resident Supervision Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of construction supervision professionals on a unique infrastructure project, with a strong focus on MEP works and tunnel services fit-out.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead a team of approximately 30 construction supervision professionals
Ensuring Client objectives of safety and quality are achieved by the contractor under supervision
Ensuring Parsons meets its KPIs
Issuing a daily diary to the FIDIC Engineer
Ensuring contemporaneous records are maintained in support of the FIDIC Engineer's administration of the construction contract
Candidate Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related construction discipline. A Mechanical Engineering degree is preferred.
- ✓15 years of experience in field construction is required.
- ✓Prior experience of Construction Supervision
- ✓Strong MEP experience, preferably involving tunnel services fit-out or similar projects.
- ✓Prior experience as Resident Engineer would be advantageous but not essential
- ✓Strong knowledge of FIDIC Red Book or Gold Book
- ✓Strong technical knowledge in construction techniques and quality aspects of RC structures/foundations and/or Roads/Utilities and/or MEP/Municipal Facilities
- ✓Prior experience leading mixed-discipline construction team of 30+ personnel
- ✓What Desired Skills You'll Bring
- ✓Disciplined approach to record keeping
- ✓Experience with tunnel infrastructure and tunnel services fit-out.
- ✓Proficiency in project management and construction management software.
