WE ARE HIRING | SENIOR LOGISTICS COORDINATOR Company: China Railway 18th Bureau Group (CR18G) Location: Medina, Saudi Arabia Project: Superblock Five – High-Rise Towers & 5-Star Hospitality We are seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Coordinator to manage site logistics, material deliveries, traffic movement, equipment coordination, and subcontractor logistics for our major high-rise construction and luxury hospitality project in Medina. Key Responsibilities 1. Construction Logistics Coordination Manage daily site logistics activities to support construction operations and project schedules. Coordinate the movement of manpower, materials, equipment, and vehicles. Support construction sequencing and look-ahead planning activities. 2. Materials & Deliveries Management Schedule and monitor material deliveries according to construction priorities. Manage delivery bookings, off-loading operations, storage areas, and laydown yards. Ensure efficient material handling and proper utilization of logistics facilities. 3. Site Access & Traffic Management Coordinate workforce, visitor, and vehicle access requirements. Implement site traffic management plans, access controls, and temporary diversions. Ensure safe movement of vehicles, pedestrians, and construction equipment. 4. Equipment & Subcontractor Coordination Coordinate construction equipment, transport vehicles, forklifts, cranes, and heavy deliveries. Act as the main logistics coordination point for subcontractors and project teams. Support subcontractor mobilization, demobilization, and resolution of logistics conflicts. 5. Safety, Compliance & Risk Management Monitor compliance with project HSE requirements and logistics procedures. Inspect access routes, storage areas, and logistics compounds. Identify operational risks, recommend corrective actions, and escalate safety concerns. 6. Reporting & Stakeholder Coordination Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports and maintain logistics registers. Monitor logistics KPIs, delivery schedules, permits, and operational records. Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, HSE, Procurement, Planning, and Commercial teams. Identify logistics constraints and support project management in maintaining construction progress.
