The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in Civil or Architectural Engineering, with hands-on experience in delivering finishing and fit-out projects within Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities Review and evaluate technical designs, drawings, specifications, and engineering documents. Coordinate with consultants, architects, designers, and project teams to ensure technical requirements are met. Review structural and architectural design proposals and identify potential design or construction constraints. Support value engineering initiatives and recommend practical, cost-effective technical solutions. Coordinate technical evaluations of materials, specifications, and supplier submittals. Review and follow up on material and technical submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements. Coordinate with Procurement and Project teams regarding technical requirements and material availability. Review shop drawings, as-built drawings, and other technical documentation. Monitor material testing requirements and coordinate technical issues with relevant stakeholders. Prepare technical reports and follow up on outstanding technical matters.
