Candidate Requirements

• ✓Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or a relevant technical qualification.
• ✓8+ years of structural drafting and rebar detailing
• ✓repare detailed reinforcement shop drawings for columns, beams, slabs, shear walls, foundations, and other structural elements.
• ✓Develop accurate Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), including bar shapes, diameters, lengths, quantities, and bending details
• ✓.Review structural drawings and reinforcement details against approved design documents and project specifications.Coordinate with Structural Engineers, Technical Teams, and Site Engineers to resolve detailing discrepancies
• ✓.Identify reinforcement clashes and constructability issues and incorporate approved revisions.
• ✓Prepare and update shop drawings, bar-marking schedules, and as-built drawings.
• ✓Ensure accuracy of reinforcement quantities and detailing before fabrication and installation.
• ✓.⚠️ IMPORTANT CV REQUIREMENT
• ✓Candidates must clearly highlight their high-rise tower and 5-star hotel project experience in their CV
• ✓Applications should demonstrate relevant experience in high-rise buildings and luxury hospitality projects.
