If you have a strong background in construction or scaffolding estimating and enjoy turning project scopes into accurate, competitive bids, we'd like to hear from you. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼 🛠️ Review project scopes and requirements, and identify the key variables that drive cost. Visit sites, yards, and other venues to gather first-hand information. Research labor costs, material prices, productivity rates, and competitor pricing. Carry out data analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and risk analysis. Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and vendors. Prepare cost analyses and submit estimates and bids to project managers, clients, and tenders. Build strong working relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and engineers. Advise on project planning, including schedules and manpower requirements.
