MV Cable Splicer and Termination Technician

A company in Jizan, Saudi Arabia is hiring an MV Cable Splicer and Termination Technician for medium voltage cable work up to 35kV. The technician will carry out safe and precise installation, splicing and termination of MV power and control cables (including 13.8kV and 34.5kV), test and troubleshoot cable systems using equipment such as TDRs and hi-pot testers, and keep detailed records of all splicing, termination and testing work. The role also includes inspecting tools, equipment and vehicles, coordinating with engineers and electricians to meet project timelines, and strictly following safety procedures including lockout/tagout and working at heights. Requirements: proven experience in MV cable splicing and termination, previous work experience in Saudi Arabia, and a valid SEC approval/certification, which is mandatory for this position.
