TECHNICAL MECHANICAL ENGINEER Location: Madinah, Saudi Arabia Project: Large Underground Passage Project ⏳ Experience: 10–15 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Review mechanical drawings, HVAC systems, piping layouts, and equipment arrangements. Verify subcontractors’ technical calculations, equipment selections, and engineering submissions. Perform mechanical quantity take-offs and verify BOQs, progress quantities, and variation claims. Review technical submittals, method statements, ITPs, and material documentation. Identify design discrepancies, technical clashes, and coordination issues. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, procurement, commercial, and project teams. Ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable ASME, ASHRAE, ISO, and NFPA standards.
